The Sexy Brutale is a time looping puzzle detective game where the staff are murderers and the guests are the victims, and its on the player, Lafcadio, to figure out how each person dies, and how to save them. Don’t worry about getting it wrong, as you can repeat the night as many times as you need to in order to piece together the puzzle and save each of the guests.
You’ll be let loose on The Sexy Brutale Hotel and Casino, where you can encounter several fun characters, who are all tragically destined to die somehow, the same way every night, forever. But you’ve been blessed to be a spanner in the works in the casino, and given the means to escape the loop and take meaningful actions to hopefully help your friends survive their gruesome fates. Each time you save someone, you gain the power of their mask, which lets you explore further in the casino, and unlocks collectibles in previous areas.
As you go through saving everyone, eventually you’ll figure out the story and the gruesome history of the casino.
